Main features：

1. Feeding material guide and leveling device

Feeding material guide: two rollers (one up and one down roller)

Leveling device: 5 rollers ( 2 up and 3 down rollers ) for straightening and leveling. 

Solid and shafts diameter=φ100mm and 110mm

2. Pre-punching system

Two set of punching station with 3 cylinders (one for single hole and 2 for dual-holes.)

Also, we can make three or more punching sets as your requires.

3. C purlin machine rollers and shafts

Rollers manufactured from bearing steel GCr15, precision machined, hard Chrome Coated;       

Shafts manufactured from #45 steel or Gcr15 for optional, 

Main Shaft Diameter=φ80/65mm and 90/75mm, quenching and tempering treated

4. CZ purlin machine post-cutting system
While changing the material size, you don't need to change cutter, just rotating the screw. 

You can change the purlin height and bottom width unlimited.
Cutting blades made by high quality mold steel Cr12 with heat treatment
Cutter frame made from high quality 30mm steel plate by welding
